Monty Clark moved to Conway April 1, 1981.  Dr. Clark opened the office April 13, 1981.  In May 1984 he moved the practice into Dr. James H. Flanagin’s office building.  For the next nine and a half years he had the honor of working with and learning from Dr. Flanagin.  In September, 1993 the practice was moved into the present location.  Prior to coming to Conway Dr. Clark was a dentist for the Arkansas Department of Health in Monticello and was in private practice in Arkadelphia from August 1978 until April 1981.
Dr. Clark was born in Memphis, Tennessee where he grew up.  He graduated from what was then Memphis State University in May 1974.  In December 1977 he graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry in Memphis.

Dr. Clark is a member of the American Dental Association, the Arkansas State Dental Association, the Central District Dental Society, and the Faulkner County Dental Study Club.  He is also a Founding Member of DOSA, the Dental Organization for Sleep Apnea.  Dr. Clark is certified in Invisalign® treatment and trained in CEREC CAD-CAM.  Dr. Clark is also a member of The American Orthodontic Society and The Academy of Gp Orthodontics.

Over the years Dr. Clark has lectured to classes at Ouachita Baptist University, Henderson State University, and Hendrix College.  He has served on the Board of Trustees for the University of Tennessee Dental Alumni Association since 1982.  Dr. Clark has assisted with the Mid South Dental Congress since its inception.  He has been a computer and management consultant to dentists in Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, and Mississippi.  Dr. Clark is also founder of BackYard Seminars of America.

Dr. Clark is married to Cameron Hoggard formerly of Caldwell, Arkansas.  They have one son, Burns.  Monty and Cameron are active members of Second Baptist Church. Dr. Clark enjoys spending time with his family.  His other interests include golf, photography, travel, and keeping up with the latest developments in dentistry.
