Payment Options

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well being.  Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service.  Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we are providing the following payment options.  Hopefully, an option will allow treatment to be received in a timely fashion.

About Dental Fees

Fees are based on many factors.  These factors may include but are not limited to:  the amount of time required to provide the service, the length of time that the restoration may be in service, the level of skill required for the procedure, the training and experience the provider possesses, and the instruments and materials required to perform the service.

Options:

•Cash or Check

•Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card

•Office Budget Plan

•Care Credit

Office Budget Plan:  For most treatment. This option is arranged in advance.  Up to 12 months interest free.  Monthly payments are drafted electronically from your checking account or credit card.  (approval required)

Care Credit:  This option is arranged in advance.  No down payment.  Interest free for up to 12 months.  Low interest extended terms up 60 months. (approval required)
